WHAT ABOUT TRAVEL COSTS?
Two hours of travel
time and one meal are included in the fees listed on the “Cost
Estimator”. Beyond that, there are two modes from which
a client can choose. Drive time is calculated at a flat $50.00/hour to
which must be added meals and hotel accommodations. Meals expense will
not exceed $50.00/day per team member.
If the drive time is substantial, it may be less expensive to fly us in.
This can be via commercial airlines or chartered. If chartered, please
be advised to inform the pilot that each team member weighs approximately
180 lbs and there will be several cases totaling about 350 lbs. In this
instance a full sized vehicle must also be provided by the client or arrangements
to rent one must be included in the cost.
